Look for unknown and suspicious extensions on left panel, choose it, then click the “Uninstall” button.
Sign into Chrome with your Google account (optional). Type in “add or remove programs” in the Start menu. Choose More Tools, then click Extensions. Scroll down to the bottom to click Advanced. As a reminder, for testing, be sure you are not logged into the Chrome Browser.
It works with any JSON page, regardless of the URL you opened.
